Description:
To deliver standardised weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to track Etihad Cargo business performance. To translate data in to accurate, timely and actionable insights that allowing the commercial teams to develop strategies to improve sales performance (market share, tonnage and revenue).
Job Responsibilities:
a- Act as the point of contact for commercial analysts within Etihad Cargo and enable a strong partnership with key stakeholders.
b- Ensure analytics toolsets are being utilized in the best way and ensure the continuity of the operation.
c- Maintain a backlog of prioritized work reflecting the key business drivers of improving commercial performance.
d- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to transform data into insights and make data-driven recommendations on how to action analysis.
Job Requirements:
a- At least 3 years hands on experience and proven successful track record in similar role, preferably in airline industry.
b- Minimum of 5 years experience working in data analysis, database management and data visualisation.
c- Technical know-how in PowerBI, and other relevant systems
