High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Prior experience in telesales or outbound call center roles is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Results-oriented and target-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from a provided list or database. Introduce company services, products, and real estate offerings to potential clients. Understand client needs and provide information about available properties, including pricing, features, and benefits. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and the properties in the company's portfolio. Qualify leads by assessing their financial capabilities and preferences. Schedule appointments and property viewings for interested clients. Follow up with leads and nurture relationships through regular communication. Achieve and exceed sales targets, including lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates. Document and update client information and interactions in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team and provide support to close deals and achieve sales goals.
