About the role: As a Digital Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, promoting, and maintaining our Digital applications. You will contribute to creating an innovative and user- friendly platform that empowers customers internal & external to enhance their experience through personalized and intuitive user journeys. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital strategies to enhance our online presence and achieve our business goals. Your expertise in various digital channels, data analysis, and creative thinking will contribute to driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Identify target audiences, digital touchpoints, and channels to maximize reach and engagement.
Digital product Development and Enhancement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creators, to conceptualize, plan, and implement app features and improvements. Participate in the design and architecture of the app, ensuring scalability, responsiveness, and overall performance. Write, review, and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, PPC, SEO, and content marketing. Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and insights, ensuring maximum ROI. User Experience (UX) Design: Contribute to creating a seamless and intuitive user experience by providing input on interface design, user flows, and interactions. Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify areas for UX optimization. Work closely with the design team to iterate on app designs and implement UI/UX enhancements.
Content Management:
Collaborate with content creators to curate and manage a diverse range of self- care resources, including articles, videos, podcasts, and guided sessions. Ensure that the content is accurate, relevant, and aligns with the apps mission and user needs.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Utilize app analytics tools to monitor user engagement, retention rates, and other key performance indicators. Interpret data to identify trends, user behaviors, and areas for improvement, and propose actionable insights.
Marketing and Promotion:
Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring conversations. Stay updated on social media trends and implement strategies to increase followers, interactions, and brand visibility.
SEO and SEM:
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic visibility. Manage PPC campaigns, including keyword selection, ad copy creation, bidding, and performance analysis. Assist in creating marketing strategies to promote the app, increase user acquisition, and drive engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling app descriptions, visuals, and promotional materials.
User Support:
Respond to user inquiries, feedback, and troubleshooting requests promptly and professionally. Monitor user reviews and ratings, addressing concerns and feedback to maintain a positive app reputation.
Project Management:
Manage tasks, timelines, and priorities effectively to ensure the timely delivery of app updates and features. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Key Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5 to 10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, App Specialist, UI/UX design, or a related role. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, social media management tools, and SEO/SEM tools such as or similar to Google Analytics, google search console, Google data Studio, Facebook Insights, X analytics, LInkedin Analytics, Marketing Automation platform, Hootsuite, Sprout social, Social media ad platform, Mail chimp, Moz, Ahrefs, Google ads, Adroll, Appsflyer, Slack, Trello etc. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including content marketing, social media, email campaigns, PPC, and SEO. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of self-care practices, mental health, and wellness is a plus. Exceptional communication skills.
