Job descriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with clients promoting and selling our products or services and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will play a key role in contributing to the growth and success of our organization.Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through prospecting cold calling and networking. Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients. Respond to inquiries and provide information about products and services. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction. Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets in alignment with organizational goals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Continuously assess and improve sales performance. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitors. Provide feedback on market demands and customer preferences. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and transactions. Prepare regular reports on sales performance. Product Knowledge: Stay uptodate on product knowledge and features. Effectively communicate product specifications and benefits to potential clients. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience. Share insights and feedback to improve overall team performance.Positions open for below language skills: 2 Arabic & English 2 Malayalam & English 2 Hindi & English 2 Tamil & EnglishQualifications: Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Resultsdriven and customerfocused mindset. Knowledge of the industry and products/services offered. Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.Additional Requirements: Availability to travel as needed.
