  • Develop and oversee operational processes and systems to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals;
  • Conduct analysis of current processes and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Work with other departments to develop and implement process improvements;
  • Define and track metrics to measure performance of processes and identify areas of improvement;
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes;
  • Train staff on new or revised processes;
  • Monitor compliance with processes and take corrective action as needed;
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives;
  • Participate in strategy meetings and provide input on operational implications of proposed strategies;
  • Prepare reports for senior management on status of operations and progress towards objectives;
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Interested, curious and fairly knowledgeable about the crypto industry, with experience in trading (which can be non-crypto);
  • Passionate and talented leader and people manager, with strong brand and planning acumen who has experience researching and planning for consumer and/or tech brands;
  • 3+ years of relevant brand or product marketing experience in finance and tech space;
  • Strong experience and keen interest in analyzing brand, consumer, category, cultural trends and data insights to identify opportunities for the brand;
  • Experience in running integrated campaigns from strategy to execution, and end-to-end project management;
  • Experience in forming strong working relationships with marketing counterparts in paid, owned and earned disciplines, forming the basis of trust and action to move strategies from theory to reality;
  • See brand and strategy as a team sport, drawing on your expertise and other’s in brand, creative, digital, social, paid, owned, earned and whatever comes next.
