Ensure that messaging is consistent, compelling, and tailored to different audiences. Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the automotive industry. Manage media inquiries, interviews, and press releases. Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively address potential issues that may impact the company's reputation. Act as the primary spokesperson during crises. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealerships, industry partners, investors, and employees. Ensure clear and consistent communication to build trust and brand loyalty. Brand Messaging: Oversee the development of messaging and content that reinforces the company's brand identity and values. Ensure that messaging is aligned across all communication channels. Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged. Foster a positive company culture through effective communication. Social Media and Digital Presence: Lead digital communication efforts, including social media strategies, online reputation management, and content creation. Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize digital performance. Event Management: Plan and execute PR events, product launches, and industry conferences. Coordinate media attendance and coverage for these events. Budget Management: Manage the PR and communications budget, including allocation, forecasting, and expense control, to achieve communication goals and ROI targets. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all communications comply with industry regulations and company policies Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse communications team, including public relations professionals, content creators, and internal communication specialists. Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.   Profile / Requirements   Bachelor's degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven track record of success in a senior PR or communications leadership role within the automobile industry. Deep knowledge of the automotive market, industry trends, and media landscape. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to guide and mentor communication professionals. Strong crisis management and issues resolution skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
