Familiarity with global salary scales like Tower Watson or Hays is highly desirable.Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to drive decision-making processes and optimize compensation packages.Excellent Communication: Outstanding communication skills to educate and inform employees about their compensation and benefits.
