Senior Vice President - Organization Development

  • Min of 14+ years of experience in a large organization with a minimum NP of 1Bn.
  • Min of 6 years of managerial experience heading an OD department for a company with at least 500 employees.
  • Organizational Design / Development, preferably private sector in Management Consultancy.

  • Proven experience in developing comprehensive HR strategies.
  • In depth knowledge of human resource management best practices.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Led and delivered a range of OD interventions with proven business benefit in a high performing organization undergoing structural and cultural change.
  • A fundamental understanding of the impact of organizational culture on engagement and performance and significant experience in influencing cultural change.
