Senior Order Administrator

As Order Administrator, you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support-related tasks, working closely with Sales and reporting to the Order Management Manager.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Oversee the finished goods inventory management and ensure accurate FG product tracking, storage, and distribution.
  • Oversee the sales POR process, ensuring seamless communication between sales and order management teams and driving revenue generation by optimizing the order fulfillment process.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and examining trade documents to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the LC.
  • Knowledge of discrepancies and how to handle them according to international banking practices.
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and standards.
  • Ensure timely generation of revenue through efficient order processing and invoicing.
  • Verify the legitimacy of invoices and submissions before sending them to customers and promptly address any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing.

For this Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years’ experience in Order management.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • MS Office Skills.
  • Previously worked on any ERP software.
