Job Profile

  • Act as the point of contact among CEO and employees.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage CEO calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Should be able to do Banking work
  • Arrange chocolates and flowers whenever required.
  • Should manage all printing work.

Experience & Skills

Essential

3+ years’ Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

Skills :

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Secretary diploma or certification is a plus
