ABOUT YOU


We would love to welcome the right person to our team helping our region of over 26 schools to achieve challenging commercial targets. To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Extensive experience in project management and health and safety.
  • Drawing on data and insights the ability to plan and execute to high standards project plans and achieve challenging KPIs.
  • Aid in drafting new builds RFPs and project plans including all financials and boardpapers work with schools on expansions linked to capacity reviews and constraints and annual routine school modifications.
  • A talent for collaborating with both Heads of schools and regional / central colleagues alike to align their goals with your own and drive performance and improvements across the region.
  • Strong leadership style that embraces working with many different locations and cultures to drive high performing projects and Health and Safety.
