We are looking for Account Managers/Senior Account Managers
The Account Manager/Senior Account Manager
is a dynamic and pivotal role primarily focused on driving sales and managing key client relationships within various industry verticals. This position is responsible for spearheading effective account management strategies fostering robust client engagement and developing innovative sales approaches. The role involves deeply understanding client needs and aligning them with our comprehensive suite of inhouse or outsourced solutions with a special emphasis on Data & AI and Generative AI technologies.

The Account Manager/Senior Account Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets by leveraging cuttingedge AI solutions to address complex client challenges and drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote our wider portfolio of offerings with focus on Data & AI and Generative AI solutions achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
Advise on the best strategies to retain longterm client relationships to align with the clients growth vision.
Validate the companys strategic priorities with regards to Data & AI and GenAI ensuring maximum exposure of our service offerings to the client.
Contribute to an increase in our products usage by existing clients focusing on Data & AI and GenAI applications in different industry verticals.
Regularly liaise with key client stakeholders offering the wider portfolio of offerings with Data & AI and GenAIdriven insights to ensure client advocacy and satisfaction on delivered services.
Ensure adherence to performance levels proactively identifying new Data & AI and GenAI use cases and opportunities becoming the real Advisor to the account.
Contribute to the companys profitability by managing account profitability and performance targets.
Act as a trusted advisor in Data & AI and GenAI continuously growing customer accounts across targeted companies.
Support clients in their Digital Transformation journey.
Seek to win and close key and large Digital Transformation projects within the account leveraging Data & AI and GenAI for significant growth.
Budgets and Plans
Recommend the budget and monitor financial performance focusing on investments in Data & AI and GenAI solutions and their impact.
Strategy / Tactical
Design short and longrange growth strategies for Data & AI and GenAI solutions preparing execution plans to achieve targets.
Design an ecosystem for our customers focusing on Data & AI and GenAI solutions ensuring priority placement of our products.
Continuous service improvement plan and improvement roadmap.
Operational Excellence
Assist industry vertical leads in adapting to new technologies in Data & AI and GenAI evolving business requirements.
Monitor and synthesize market research in Data & AI and GenAI applying insights to enhance client strategies.
People Development
Provide coaching on Data & AI and GenAI driving knowledge and understanding of their value in partnerships.
Track individual KPIs ensuring team members are proficient in Data & AI and GenAI solutions and sales strategies.
Continuous Improvement
Motivate the team identifying opportunities for AI and GenAIdriven change initiatives and projects.
Policies Processes & Procedures
Recommend improvements to policies focusing on the integration and adoption of AI and GenAI strategies.
MIS & Reports
Prepare MIS statements and reports including data on AI and GenAI solution sales and impacts.
Related Assignments
Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
Communications & Working Relationships
Internal: All employees and management Digital Architects Industry Vertical Leads Product Teams.
External: Vendors Suppliers Customers/Clients Govt/Private sector decisionmakers primarily at CLevel.
Qualifications:
Skills and attributes for success:
8 to 10 years of experience in IT Management client experience executive roles or similar with a focus on AI and GenAI technologies.
To qualify for the role you must have:
Bachelors degree in computer science Social Science Business or equivalent experience.
10 years of relevant professional experience with a strong emphasis on Data & AI and GenAI solutions.
ITIL v3 Practitioner or v4 Foundation preferred.
Ideally youll also have:
Bilingual (English/Arabic).
Strong understanding of Data & AI Data and GenAI processes technologies & industry best practices. i.e. Python databricks Azure AI solutions / technologies etc
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and quantitative thinking skills particularly in Data & AI and GenAI contexts.
Extensive experience in managing vendors & partners.
