You will be responsible to support the HR function providing administrative and coordination work.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for updating and maintaining data in the HR and Payroll system for regional offices
- Involved in the recruitment process
- Ensure smooth on-boarding process including regular follow up with selected candidates, visa application, ticket and hotel booking
- Ensure off-boarding process is followed including exit interviews, reasons for employees' departure
- Act as the main contact person for the Government Authorities; develop and maintain effective business contacts.
- Provide HR related advice to employees in regards to new rules and regulations
- Ensure leaves are updated, proper documentation is received, leave balance policy is followed
- Responsible for managing the medical insurance
- Ensure intra transfer policy is followed
- Provide administrative support
- Responsible for arranging induction trainings
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, HR letters and certificates
- Create and maintain accurate employee files
- Keep track of due dates in regards to end of expat contract, rent renewal, end of probation
- Ensure compliance from an audit perspective in regards to all HR processes
- Suggest and provide feedback on process improvement
