Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Create and communicate sales goals and ensure C-level executives are informed on the progress of those goals. Create KPI’s for the team & manager P&L. Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs. Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes. Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals. Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets. Implementing CRM while setting up and using software or tools to help a business manage and improve its interactions and relationships with customers. It involves organizing customer information, tracking interactions, automating tasks, and using data to provide better service and make more informed decisions. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive technical matters with discretion. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills in both technical and business contexts. Stay up to date on new products, technological advancements, and industry developments in the audiovisual field. What we are looking for is: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Proven experience of 8+years in Sales development, preferably in the Audio Visuals and Lighting system integration industry. Strong technical knowledge of audiovisual technologies, lighting systems, and related solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to clients. Demonstrated track record in generating leads, closing sales, and meeting/exceeding targets, with a focus on technical solutions. Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in the audiovisual field. Candidate should have proficiency in Arabic language.
