Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information - Professional and friendly demeanor - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
