• Classifying Medical Devices in order to gain clearance for importation from Ministry of Health.• Apply for Import Permits and shipment clearance for clearance at the port.• Follow up with the distributors for all required documents.• Classifying Medical Devices in order to gain clearance for importation from Ministry of Health.• Registering Medical Devices with Ministry of Health.• Taking appropriate actions for Field Actions and Recalls.• Ensure compliance with UAE MOH regulations to import and distribute medical devices.• Acquiring appropriate quality certificates from Manufacturers as per requirement.• Registration and renewal of all MOH Licenses.• Advising on Regulatory requirements for each Medical Device.• Ensuring that the company’s regulatory and statutory requirements are met.• Plan, undertake and oversee regulatory inspection while liaising with the regulatory authorities.• Ensure quality standards are met and data reports are submitted within the given time period Disclaimer: Drjobs.ae
