  • Ensure premium service consulting tailored to the individual needs of each customer and loyalty through offering high-quality service and customer care
  • Attain the highest possible exploitation of selling Aftersales services parts and accessory potential

Job Responsibilities:

  • Defines and implements targets and suitable measures for the Service department
  • Observes the market for Service Dept. and initiates marketing activities
  • Defines services offered and ensures their quality
  • Leads and guides Service Dept. employees

Job Requirements:

  • To be successful as a service manager, you should display a strong sales-minded attitude as well as excellent leadership skills. You should also have the ability to develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers and third-party vendors.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field
  • Professional service manager experience of an automotive dealership
  • Strong industry knowledge and experience of automotive luxury brands (McLaren, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Bugatti, etc.)
