Key Responsibilities:· Manage day-to-day administrative tasks.· Maintain and organize company documents, records, and files both electronically and in hard copy.· Act as a point of contact between the company and external parties, including clients, vendors, and partners.· Accurately input data into company databases and maintain updated records.· Assist other staff members as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
