Job Responsibilities
Budgetary preparation and implementation of financial forecasting processes Provide financial support in the development of strategic and commercial plans of the division Manage the monthly forecast cycles, quarterly reporting packages, the annual plan process, the financial sections of the strategic planning process, and any other forecast requests from top Management Work closely with the Corporate Finance team with regards to agreeing deal structures, and providing updates and analysis to financiers as required Track costs vs. budgets during predevelopment, development and construction Reconcile real estate general ledger to project budgets Maintain and update Real Estate Owned, Contingent Liabilities, Corporate Guarantees and other financial schedules.
Job Requirements
BSc/BA in accounting, finance or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus Proven experience as director of finance or similar role In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP) An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
