This company is on the path to becoming one of the leading global real estate companies through developing outstanding communities that provide smart innovation and the highest quality products. As a UAE-based private real estate investment and development company, our client has so far achieved several significant milestones, with more ambitious plans across a number of different countries. The ideal candidate for this position will provide project management for planning and organizing all aspects of the task related to the relevant projects, especially residential ones. As part of this role, the manager will have to oversee the works of his peers acting as the point of contact to handle any issues regarding the project. Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Architecture 7 years’ experience in residential projects : New Homes/ Communities
Salary Range: AED 45k – AED 50k Responsibilities
Assemble and lead project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Create budgets and cost estimates for the project. Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other service providers. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations. Monitor project costs and expenditures. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement lessons learned for future projects.
