Project Finance / M&A Specialist – Energy & Renewables Jobs In Sharjah | Mayfair Partners Apply Also DevOps Engineer Jobs In Sharjah | Caliberly On behalf of a leading Energy conglomerate, we are recruiting a seasoned corporate finance professional with debt raising and M&A experience. The successful candidate will have strong project finance experience within M&A with end-to-end execution and hands on experience in leading and managing multiple deals. Lead financial analysis of financing options and execution of the right approach, with a focus on key variables such as – timing and budget. Develop and maintain relationships with financing parties (tax, equity investors, lenders, project investors and others). Lead evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities; presenting opportunities to senior management and negotiating all transaction related documentation. Manage entire execution process and communicate with tax, technical, insurance, legal advisors to ensure due diligence is completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Work closely with the internal business development, technical, risk and legal teams to consolidate all elements of a project into a viable project financing structure to be financed either stand-alone or as part of a portfolio.

Expertise in executing various types of debt with a strong focus on non-recourse project finance is desirable and experience in evaluating and executing all aspects of M&A transactions. You will have experience in the renewables sector and be able to provide financial analyses, conduct due diligence and deal structuring expertise.
