Air Freight Specialist Job in Dubai Toll Group Job Description
- Regularly meet with all airline partners & key stakeholders to develop, strengthen & effectively manage relations to our business advantage. Carry performance reviews to monitor & record service failures.
- Engage with sea freight desk, core operations & distribution team to plan flights in CW1
- Good understanding of our current contracts / BSA and also about services offered in the market to effectively plan shipments
- Procure competitive export Air freight rates for general cargo to ensure there is steady business growth and attend to tenders & RFQ from network
- Follow up with airlines & handling agents to ensure smooth operation
- Engage with the sales team to provide local market updates and assist with monthly rate card generation
Qualifications:
- Ideally 3-5 years of experience in airfreight
- Deep knowledge of local Air freight & customs procedures & regulations
- Ability to generate reports for various business analysis
- Good understanding of CargoWise 1 would be an asset
- Team player skills and adaptability to business requirements the product demands
