Sales and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets & customer needs.
  • Identify new sales lead in different markets globally and help build block chain community wherever applicable.
  • Lead generation: generating leads by actively networking with CEOs, CMOs, VPs, etc wherever applicable.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with new existing customers.
  • Ensuring customer success by ensuring all the clients queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently wherever required escalated appropriately.

Ad-hoc Duties:

  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.

  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Attending conferences, meetings and industry events. Client Handling;

  • Preparing powerpoint presentations and sales display.

  • Contacting clients to inform them of the new developments in the company’s product.

  • Developing quotes and proposals.

  • Developing sales goals and ensuring that they are met. Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the financial market.

  • Good command over English and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently. Desirable:

  • A bachelor’s degree/diploma in business management.

  • Knowledge about blockchain domain and cryptocurrencies.

  • Techno sales experience.

  • Arabic and English language proficiency. General Requirements :

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office, google drive, general computer software/tools, and computer operations relevant to your work-related tasks.

  • Good with handling general office usage equipment as per your work task requirements.

  • Basic understanding as well as a quick learner in job-related tasks.

  • Dedicated and able to handle multiple tasks with time management.

  • Manage the work under work pressure and can contribute effectively if and when very urgent requirements come up beyond office hours.

  • Trustworthy and has ability to work in all types of circumstances and focused on career buildup

  • Can manage to work independently once trained on the particular tasks with minimum surveillance

  • Using the designated office premises areas and designated office assets responsibly and maintaining them in clean and well-organized condition at all times.

  • Must always have professional attitude and appearance including office wear as per the position requirements

  • Professional and good written as well as verbal communication skills in the English language

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise with a problem-solving attitude

  • Good at updating record-keeping documents with the given guidelines and maintain them updated as soon as information is received as per the position’s task requirements

  • Good attention to detail and can execute tasks as per guidance and instructions without careless and repetitive mistakes

  • Punctual and has time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Has attitude to contribute towards building and maintaining company’s business, growth and reputation

  • Is strict on implementing and maintaining office security and company policy and guidelines

  • Having sensible attention to monetary or budgetary constraints, whenever required in regards to your work task and position requirements, as applicable.

  • Coordination with co-workers, positive attitude with team spirit.

  • Coordinates and provides all work-related information and documents updated from time to time to the reporting personnel without any delay

  • Always provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools/cross-checking of relevant documents

  • Must have general requirements at home to be able to carry out work tasks, with respect to the position’s task requirements, by working remotely (work-from-home) as and if deemed necessary and declared by the authorities or company due to any unforeseen circumstances.

  • Must bring your own laptop and its relevant accessories for work as well as must be in good working condition at all times during your services or employment in order to authorize your work and attendance.
