Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract leisure travellers to the hotel. Identifying and prospecting potential clients within the leisure market segment. Building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other leisure industry partners. Creating tailored packages and promotions to appeal to leisure guests. Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings. Negotiating contracts and agreements with leisure clients. Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and reservations, to ensure seamless guest experiences. Meeting sales targets and KPIs set by the hotel management. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns from leisure guests. Generating regular reports on sales performance and market trends to inform decision-making processes. To proactively create and convert revenue opportunities for the InterContinental Abu Dhabi from qualified key accounts by planning and executing sales activities based on strategies and financial targets
What We need from you:
Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification is required. Prior experience in Sales or Hospitality or related field English language proficiency required. Arabic and other languages would be preferred. Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required. Ability to work well in a team.
