Leading General Company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE URGENTLY requires Tendering & Estimation Engineer:
Oversight and handling of tenders from receiving till submission. Prepare detail Commercial & Technical packages along with the basis of pricing. Responsible for detailed evaluation of BOQ for cost estimation. Assess tender drawings, BOQ and specifications to find missing items and raise clarifications. Prepare quotations techno-commercial comparison sheets and verify with drawings, BOQ & specification. Coordination with the Consultant and Clients for Tender queries and clarifications to better understand the Scope of Work. Prepare enquiries to receive quotations for Materials, Services & Subcontract works specific to the Project needs. Conduct site visits, validate site conditions and providing site visit report. Lead the QS engineer. Ability to work on multiple tenders
Requirement:
Completed a minimum of 3 medium to large projects. (30-100 Million) Aware of Abu Dhabi authorities’ regulations Minimum 3 years experience in tendering & pricing. Fluent English and Arabic (both speaking and writing)
