Telesales Executive

Full job description

  • Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
  • Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
  • Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
  • Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
  • Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
  • Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
  • Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
  • Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
  • Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
  • Professional work environment - progressive, well managed organization
  • Prior experience in Banking preferred
  • Good Sales, interpersonal skills and positive attitude required
  • Freshers are also preferred.

Requirements :

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate information effectively.
  • Experience in lead generation and sales.
  • Customer support experience and ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Must have own visa with NOC

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED 3,000.00 per month + Commision

Experience :

  • tele sales: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Abu Dhabi (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (required)
