Lead collecting, managing and interpretating large sets ofdata and ensure quality and accuracy of that data. Process, analyze and report the data in ways to helpan organization make effective decisions.Contribute in developing, detailing and communicating organizationstrategies, KPIs and target, as well as track and report progress in achievingits strategic priorities, projects and milestones. Strategy and Targets: Participate in detailingthe organization strategies, providing support in setting strategic
KPIs and defining baselineand the targets.Contribute to thedevelopment of the detailed roadmap for the sector strategy, while working withmuseum departments to track strategic objective achievements.Support in designing andimplementing the communication plan related to the strategy.Monitor the progress of thekey strategic projects in order to assess the progress to date and ensure mitigationplans are in-place.Lead collecting andverifying the completion % of each milestone in the execution plans on aquarterly basis.Monitor the achievement ofthe outcomes identified for the cluster of strategic initiatives.Receive and plan thequality reviews of documents to be shared with the organization Director.Data Management and Reporting: Contribute to organization strategyin extracting, curating, and interpreting data from various sources to producerelevant and reliable information. Lead assessing the qualityand meaning of data, as per the section’s direction and needs.Manage collecting,organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of informationwith attention to detail and accuracy.Understand the data andidentify various solutions to keep data clean, maintained and effectively reported.Create reports/dashboardswith analysis and insights to the management on a monthly basis, as per the team’sdirection.Build and maintain Power BIreports and dashboards based on business requirements.Issue a detailed monthlyperformance report that tracks the KPIs, departmental performance and projects updates.Prepare and submit anyother weekly, quarterly, and annal reports, using developed dashboards Budget Support in the preparationand recommend the section budget and monitor financial performance versus thebudget while ensuring all sectional activities are conducted in line with theapproved guidelines.
Recommend and ensureeffective implementation of functional policies, procedures, and controls coveringall areas of assigned section activity so that all relevantprocedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality,cost-effective service.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement andsustainability of systems, processes and practices considering globalstandards, productivity improvement and cost reduction. EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Ensure all relevant environment, health and safety policies,procedures and controls are adhered to so that employee safety, legislative compliance, and aresponsible environmental attitude can be guaranteed.Comply with all relevant EHS guidelines, policies, andprocedures, by reporting incidents and hazards on a timely manner, and reduceconsumption of natural resources to support in protecting the environment andensure a healthy and safe work environment.Reporting Collate and ensure that all section reports are preparedtimely and accurately and meet any internal requirements, policies and quality standards.RequirementsQualification Bachelor’s degree (Master Preferred) in IndustrialEngineering, or any other degree within relevant industry.
Professional certification in PMP, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent Experience
7 years of experience in a similar role

Language: Full professional English (Arabic proficiency both in speaking and writing highly desirable)
Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
Skilled in Power BI
Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner
Ability to quickly integrate with existing business software tools and knowledge of other relevantindustry software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - including appropriate stakeholder alignment
Evidence of creating, implementing, and managing policies and procedures
Ability to work under own direction and high degree of initiative
