Define and document configuration specifications and business analysis requirements to support project goals and objectives. Develop product requirements and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the project scope and objectives. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards. Define reporting and alerting requirements, including the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project success. Own and develop relationships with partners, working collaboratively with them to optimize and enhance integration capabilities. Help design, document, and maintain system processes, ensuring that they are aligned with project requirements and objectives. Report on common sources of technical issues or questions, and make recommendations to the product team on how to improve the software product. Communicate key insights and findings to the product team, and work collaboratively with them to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance is mandatory Certified SCRUM Master/Project Management Professional (PMP)/PRINCE 2 A degree in IT / Computer Science or relevant experience Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills Familiarity with programming languages like Visual Basic, C++ and Java Ability to explain technical details in layman terms Excellent analytical skills A good problem-solving attitude
