Fondly bid farewell to all guests exiting the PalaceEngage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests and questionsAssist and advise guests to make purchases by recommending, describing and demonstrating products.Manage and maintain queue lanes, turn stiles, entrances and exitsSell tickets and retail products via a computerised Point of Sale (POS) systemCollect payments/make change by accepting cash, vouchers, credit card, digital payments and listed foreign currenciesBalances cash drawer/register/float by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift and ensure timely remittance of sales to cash controlMaintain awareness and adherence to company's cash handling policiesMaintain knowledge and awareness of ongoing promotionsProvide pricing, promotion, shows information and suggestions to guests, keeping them well informed to enhance/maximize the guest experienceConsistently upsell/cross-sell and promote products, activities, and services to generate additional revenueArrange and maintain product displays with approval, stock shelves (refill) and take product inventoryProactively anticipate, listen to guest's needs and concerns and act appropriately to resolve any issues in a timely manner in adherence to company's guest complaint policyApplying product knowledge while handling guests and improve the same on a regular basis.Manage lost and found counter and locker area cording to company's lost and found policy Disclaimer: Drjobs.ae
