We also run non-fuel services at our service stations.Job PurposeResponsible for supporting plans and projects focused on implementing corporate social responsibility efforts, strategies and awareness of CSR activities of the company internally and externally.Job Specific Accountabilities• Coordinate and participate in organizing different campaigns, which enable company employees to participate in the local activities such as blood donation campaign, Red Crescent campaign and UAE national day to support the Corporate Social Responsibility objectives of the company. • Coordinate with external parties in arranging social and cultural activities to promote the corporate image of the organization. • Studies, plans and prepares the frequent update of the presentation on CSR approach within the organization. Responsible for preparing CSR reports covering the annual performance at the CSR front to be submitted internally and externally as needed. • Proposes CSR programs, campaigns and events to be implemented internally and externally. • Promotes awareness of Corporate Responsibility with the company by involving employees and ensuring both the management and workforce are informed, involved and understand the reasons and importance of CSR. • Coordinates community outreach initiatives to ensure a cohesive image is presented to the community and stakeholders. Establishes relationship with community organizations that share the same CSR objectives. • Participates in all activities and visits related to all Corporate Social Responsibility activities and events and interactions with all social community. • Arranges and coordinates speaking engagement for senior corporate executives, including industry panels and conferences. Assists in preparing supporting material. • Supervises and follows-up the company contribution and sponsorship towards the local community. Analyses and studies CSR related sponsorship requests and submit briefs for approvals. • Coordinates the update of CSR part of Public relations Division’s webpage and Company website highlighting events, press releases in both languages.
