Real Estate Consultant

Our real estate brokerage firm is expanding, and we need self-motivated Property Consultant to join our team.

Requirement :

• Minimum 1 Year of proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai (Off-plan or Secondary).

• Proven track record of property sales .

• Well-presentable, well-groomed, and punctual .

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with motivation to overachieve and build a successful career.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills .

• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.

• Trustworthy and results-driven :

• Hard-working & dynamic.

• Ability to join as soon as possible .

• Fluent in English & Arabic language

Duties and responsibilities :

• Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.
• Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers, ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information toward a beneficial understanding.
• List and promote properties for sale or rent using various marketing strategies, such as online listings, and social media.
• Show properties to potential buyers or renters, and accompany clients to property inspections and closings.
• Negotiate with buyers, sellers, and other agents to ensure favorable terms and conditions for clients.
• Able to work & perform in a target-driven sales environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, and provide excellent customer service throughout the buying, selling, and renting process.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
• Attend to inquiries professionally to maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.
• Attend Property events (such as exhibitions, sales events, etc.).
• Manage 200+ leads per Month.
