Manager – Machine Learning & Experimentation | Kitopi Dubai | Apply Now In brief: As a foundational member of the practice you will collaborate with cross-functional teams of data analysts, ML engineers, data engineers, backend and front-end engineers, and product managers to drive a culture of causal reasoning throughout the organization. Develop and implement cutting-edge methods in experimentation and causal inference to address difficult inference problems In detail: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products, operations, systems, and processes by interacting with product managers, engineering teams, and business teams Work on cutting-edge inference problems involving a wide variety of data about our kitchens, brands, and products to power rigorous decision-making and help our business succeedCollaborate with data, product, and business teams to identify, prioritize, design, and implement A/B tests, and own the backlog of experiments Establish experimentation standards that promote consistency and best practices across the product and business, and communicate these standards effectively to the broader data team Work on establishing an experimentation platform, and develop methods and tools that increase the rigor and efficiency of our experimentation platform and analyses that are constructed using causal inference techniques Partner with cross-functional business owners to identify key questions and opportunities, and construct pragmatic agendas to guide hypothesis-based learning strategies to answer these questions Collaborate with other ML engineers, data analysts, and software/data engineers to improve the processes, knowledge, and tools to support growing business demand for high-quality experimentation planning and execution Advocate for experimentation depth, rigor, and consistency across the data and business teams, and coach data team members on the principles of effective experimentation and inference Write and collaborate on production code with engineers to implement new inference methods and improve experimentation-related pipelines Stay aware of academic literature and industry best practices around experimentation and causal inference, and be a champion of good statistical practices at Kitopi Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com
