Description: Media and Marketing Procurement Specialist will be responsible of the coordination of category plans, process efficiency, sourcing initiatives and tactics for Media and Marketing across Al-Futtaim Group Business Unites. The successful candidate will be assigned to manage an annual spend in excess of AED 40 million in line with the guidelines in the AFG Procurement policy, co-ordinate with the UAE based and International Business Units, with their Business Finance & with Corporate Shared Services, manage assigned vendor relationships for Marketing retainer agencies. Responsibilities:
Ensures business process efficiency, and process improvement in line with Procurement strategy to empower the business as strategic partners. Creates and maintains good relationships with the vendors. Maintains and updates a list of Vendors and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
Requirements:
Full time Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Any Procurement or Finance Certification is an added value Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing and Advertising agency.
