PRIMARY PURPOSEThe Developer Relations Manager establishes, builds and maintains customer relations with the assigned developer. S/he spends a great deal of time dealing with the developer assigned and with the sales team determining growth potential opportunities and maximize revenues.

This aspect of the job will include customer engagement programs and addressing requirements and concerns quickly and effectively to increase and enhance smooth and efficient relationship and operations with the assigned developer.

S/he works closely with the Chief Sales Officer and the Sales teams to determine and forecast the profitability of off-plan and resale projects. S/he also develops and implements sales strategies and unique journeys to generate profits and keep the developer engaged.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Build and own the relationship with the assigned developer and its different teams in relation to PSI operations.

  2. Full ownership and responsibility for all the assigned developer’s relations.

  3. Streamlines the developer’s relations developing developer’s plans targets and projects.

  4. Provides recommendations based on the developer’s commission structure.

  5. Acquires all projects’ knowledge from developer to drive and focus Sales efforts.

  6. Coordinates with Sales Team Leaders to appoint dedicated sales agents for his/her developer.

  7. Acts upon closings and sales agents’ performance in coordination with Sales Team Leaders.

  8. Measures and monitors sales performance for his/her assigned developer to achieve targets.

  9. Creating and planning cross-promotions with the assigned developer’s project(s) to target customers.

  10. Owns the plans for international market penetration with the assigned developer.

  11. Owns the primary and inventory available by the developer for target markets.

  12. Works closely with the sales agents to ensure bulk deals opportunities.

  13. Cross-sells services in relation to the clients’ journeys with the assigned developer including mortgage, resale and leasing solutions.

  14. Owns the ROIs and the investment wallets in coordination with the sales teams.

  15. Organizes special UAE events and international roadshows with the assigned developer with targeted sales for each function.

  16. Owns the process of inventory brochures on the CRM and PSI portals to push for sales.

  17. Works closely with the sales agents and the international team to increase the USPs for each primary project in the UAE and target countries.

  18. Liaises with the international team for roadshows with the assigned developer.

  19. Responsible for the budgets, sales and marketing budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

A Educational Requirements / Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or any related similar fields.

B Experience: 3+ years of UAE experience in Real Estate Industry.

C Skills and Competencies: Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.

Presentable with clear communications and planning skills.

Proven experience in international sales.

Ability to design cross-selling pitches.

Salary plus commission
