As a lead qualifier, you will contribute to the sales efforts by qualifying leads from the leads generation and by contacting potential clients through cold calls and emails (inbounds):/ Responsibilities:
Handle inbound communication (meetings, calls, emails etc). Cold-call and reach out to prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision makers to begin sales process Conduct conversations to set appointments with decision makers in prospect accounts Answer questions and offer suggestions based on a thorough knowledge of GuestReady and the services we provide; qualify prospects prior to offering a site visit. Emphasize product/service features and benefits Run Account maintenance in CRM database (Hubspot and RentalReady software tools). Collaborate with the business development team to determine necessary strategic sales approaches and develop calendar of activities to continually work prospect list Provide prompt and courteous lead service. Appropriately communicate brand identity and company position. Assist sales managers and business development managers with presentations, service demonstrations, and other sales actions. Reach and exceed key performance indicators including, calls completed, opportunities qualified, and deals closed from meetings/calls. At least 2 years of lead generation experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets Prior experience as a sales lead qualifier with a track record of achieving sales quotes Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills UAE Sales and Marketing Short-Term Stay Knowledge Strong communication skills via phone and email
