What is in it for you: - Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide - Learning programs through our Academies and the opportunity to earn qualifications while you work - Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world - Ability to make a difference in the local community through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 What you will be doing: - Ensures the smooth operations of the department by updating reports, following up on requirements from other departments, tracking guests requests to make sure they are accomplished in a timely manner - Distributes assignments accordingly ensuring that the service standards are being followed by the Housekeeping Supervisors and attendants - Coordinates with the Purchasing Manager regarding supplies requisition - Ensures the administrative duties are completed such as storeroom inventory, payables and receivables for the supplies, and proper tracking of the team members’ attendance.
