Role Summary As the Manager for Commercial and Consumer Communication, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our public relations strategies. You will be responsible for promoting our brand, products, and services to both commercial partners and end consumers. With a keen understanding of the food tech industry and excellent communication skills, you will foster positive relationships with media outlets, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring that our company’s message reaches a diverse audience. What’s on the menu? (Duties & Responsibilities) Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reputation among commercial partners and consumers. Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure consistent and positive media coverage. Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other communication materials that effectively convey our company’s value proposition and key messaging. Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and reputation among commercial partners and consumers. What are we looking for: (Core Qualifications & Experience) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an advantage. Experience: Proven experience (5 years) in public relations or communications roles, preferably within the food tech industry or related sectors. Strong Media Relations: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers. Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for crafting compelling stories and messages. Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, develop PR plans, and execute campaigns that align with business goals. Crisis Management: Experience in handling crisis situations and maintaining a positive brand image during challenging times. Collaborative Team Player: Adept at working in cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration across departments.
