The KOmbatchain marketing & communications is dedicated to developing and executing innovative and effective global marketing across our brand. They are tasked with developing high-impact, iconic and culturally relevant creative for consumer marketing, content and experiences across our rapidly growing brand.

As a KOmbatchain Digital Marketing Manager you can expect to :

  • Build and manage a small in-house digital marketing team and required agency partners
  • Work collaboratively with our other internal digital teams, particularly our social media and editorial teams to ensure sure that success is at the end of the road for every project
  • Be responsible for your own P&L within your department
  • Ensure that all work delivered is of exceptional quality from all teams, driving best practice

The skills and experience required for the role :

  • Degree in marketing & communications or similar field
  • 5+ years of progressively senior experience within a digital agency or in-house environment as PPC Manager/Digital Marketing Manager with experience with sports or cryptocurrency brands preferred
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience running PPC campaigns (app search ads experience is a must) across multiple regions
  • Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, etc)
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools. Use data to validate ideas/measure impact.
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, be organised, identify and resolve problems and effectively articulate thoughts and key points.
  • Knowledge of online communications strategy, data strategy, multi-channel marketing, web analytics and data analysis, branding, public and media relations and product/proposition development, as well as evaluation of marketing programmes.
  • Proven record of working successfully with cross-functional departments & key stakeholders in fast-paced environments with changing direction, preferably start up
  • Experience working in digital strategy and operations
  • Capable of managing budgets and acting like an owner
  • Fluent written & spoken English is required with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in boxing or combat sports
  • A working knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies
  • Fluency in additional languages would be a bonus
