Job Description - Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Planning Coordinator to join their team.
The Coordinator will join the Planning Department, leading & coordinating the preparation and development of short/long term plans and programs for assigned area covering, business plan, field development master plan, performance enhancement program, quality improvement schemes, etc.
The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to:
Conducting technically/economical studies in conjunction with other departments/ divisions in support of such plans and programs and monitors and reports on divisional performance against them.
Ensuring that divisional plans are consistent with the company's objectives and guidelines.
Participate and potentially lead annual self audit teams including setting teams objectives, terms of reference, plan of action, ensuring timely execution of audit program and timely reporting of audit findings and recommendations.
Develop intimate knowledge of the operations requirement, company objectives and policies to ensure adequacy of various plans and prepares, use advanced planning and analysis tools to ensure consistency of divisional plans with company objectives and targets.
The position also includes working in areas such as: risk assessment, bench marking, cost and sensitivity analysis using available software such as 3MS, IFS, IDSS, DEAP to obtain, analyse data and forecast planning options.
* As the successful candidate you will have achieved a minimum of a B.Sc. (degree) in an Engineering discipline
* Have at least 10 years planning experience in Oil/Gas production industry, including intimate knowledge of production and maintenance functions.
* Extensive knowledge of computer aided planning tools,
* Valid UAE driving license is preferable
