Intellectual Legal Consultant - Patent and Trademark

Jitendra Consulting Group – Headquarters in Dubai is a reputed and leading multi-lingual & rapidly growing company that offers a growing portfolio such as Auditing, Company Set-up, VAT, and other Compliance services.

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Intellectual Legal Consultant - Patent and Trademark' with extensive experience in the same industry and should be an Arabic speaker. As an ideal candidate, you must be a self-starter, a consistent performer, and can work under pressure.

• Strong knowledge of IP (Patent/Trademark) and extensive knowledge and extra charm to draw international clients.
• · Knowledge of appeal and hearing and replying to objections
• · Understanding of Trademark / Patent filing/ procedures in a busy and fast-paced job environment and capacity to perform a large degree of domestic and international trademark filings, preparation, prosecutions, and annuities.
• · Advise and correspond to in-house and international clients
• · Review products and marketing materials for IP issues
• · Preparation of documents and correspondences intended for attorney review
• · Maintain complete records and databases
• · Assist with other IP-related administrative procedures as and when demanded

Requirements

• · Must be an Arabic speaker
• · Law Graduate with Knowledge of Trademark/ Patent registration procedure.
• · Minimum 2-3 years of experience preferably in an IP firm in UAE,

Or similar service-oriented industry

• · Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, Ability to communicate effectively, good verbal and written skills, and possess excellent, vocabulary. Proficient in Microsoft applications, Ability to multi-task resourcefully to meet up deadlines and priorities - Must be presentable, flexible, and maintains a positive attitude.
