Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and implement the learning and talent development strategy, including but not limited to career development frameworks, succession plans, talent assessment and development programs in alignment with the overall strategic objectives and directions related to the people agenda.
  • Conduct the learning needs analysis exercise across all functions and support in developing organisation wide annual learning and development plan.
  • Lead the design of learning and talent development programs including induction programs, specialised workshop/courses, leadership and coaching programs
  • Directs the formulation of the learning and talent development KPIs and oversee the overall organisational and individual performance of talent
  • Oversee the design and implementation of Emiratisation programs to source and attract UAE nationals through various official channels including outreach campaigns, career fairs, sponsorships, Emirati graduate programs, etc. while ensuring meeting the Emiratisation targets.
  • Design and implement competency frame working activity and consult at group wide level

The Successful Applicant

Key prerequisites for the successful candidate will include:

  • 10+ years of progressive career experience inclusive of 7+ years management experience in a large MNC organisation
  • Management Consulting in TM/PM/L&D capacity as well and line (in-house) experience ideal
  • Experience working as a senior manager (director preferred) in large and high performing MNC set up
  • Experience in talent mapping, learning and development, competency frameworks and change management systems
  • Experience working with business partners to deliver expert services to key accounts responsively to meet required needs
