Salary: 480k-500k AED / AnnuallyLocation: Dubai, UAEReporting to : Concept CEO15+ Year of retail experience preferably in fashion / home industry.Job PurposeThe position is responsible for,Developing and deploying a business strategy for the business to deliver profitable growth and market penetrationManaging the end to end retail operations across the GCC Region, whilst taking full responsibility for P&L and reportingto the CEOAssessing and analyzing new market opportunities that could further enhance the service portfolioStrong background in Sales, Operations and Product will be a pre-requisiteOf equal importance are excellent leadership skills coupled with a strong commercial awareness that will impact andinfluence the performance and effectiveness of this profitable businessProviding strong leadership ensuring the organization attracts, retains and develops talent across the businessKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:1) RETAIL & COMMERCIAL:Effectively manage the operation of the territory and its retail teamsof centrepoint operating manual.Responsible for the overall success, driving sales, reinforcing operations, and staff development, as well as overallcustomer experience and brand integrity for the territory.Understand & strategize territory dynamics (demographics, customer behaviour & market) for futuristic retail scenarioPrepare retail operating plan (new stores, seasonal & events) and ensure effective implementation2) CUSTOMER FOCUS:Focus on customer lifecycle ensuring satisfaction covering trends, shopping experience & competitors strengths byinfluencing cross functional teamsDrive focus for Centrepoint to be the customer's top choice with pleasant service oriented mindsetLead the functional teams by concepts for the effective store navigation to improvise the footfall conversions3) PROCESS ENHANCEMENT:Instigate sharing of stock loss prevention best practices and monitoring operational improvements by benchmarkingindustry leading practicesDrive retail excellence and brand consistency by conducting regular store visits and monitoring performanceEnsure all store are compliant to company policy on security, risk , cash control, employment, health and safety &brand standards.To leverage existing technology investments for process improvements.Copyright by Horizonhr Consultancy.
