HR Advisor – GCC Pension Jobs in Dubai | Emirates Careers Job Responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding UAE & GCC Government Pension Scheme, UAE National Service, and company policies to provide clear and accurate information and service to eligible UAE & GCC national employees. Deliver a high level of customer service by giving full attention and time to employees and ensuring to execute their formalities smoothly and accurately. Conduct briefing sessions for employees on the pension and the company’s rules and regulations. Ensure that UAE & GCC pension enrolments for eligible joiners and active employees are filled correctly with the relevant documents. Submit to HR Manager (GCC Pension) for eligibility before the payroll closing date and to the General Pension & Social Security Authority (GPSSA) for registration within the defined SLAs to avoid penalties by GPSSA. Ensure that buy-back services for eligible UAE nationals are handled accurately. Certifying all payments are done through payroll on time.
Job Requirements:
12 yrs schooling or equivalent in HR Management, Business Admin or related field with 5+ yrs experience in HR and/or Pension Schemes, HR Administrative procedures, onboarding and offboarding OR Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in HR Management, Business Admin or related field with 2+ yrs experience in HR and/or Pension Schemes, HR Administrative procedures, onboarding and offboarding Strong numerical skills and calculation Good negotiating and persuasive abilities.
