Mechanical Fabrication Supervisor

DescriptionINTECH Process Automation is looking for an energized and capable professional for the role of a Mechanical Fabrication Supervisor, the primary objective of them would be to ensure that the given targets are completed within the given timeframe.Key Responsibilities:Site Management: The role involves efficiently overseeing Mechanical Fabrication activities at various INTECH sites across the UAE.Schedule Management: The selected candidate must be adept at managing and maintaining the fabrication schedule to ensure timely project completion.Vendor Coordination: Expedite and guide the production team of external vendors to align with the original project schedule.Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the INTECH QC Team to facilitate inspections and testing at different project stages, in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) documents.RequirementsA minimum of 6-8 years of experience in managing Mechanical Fabrication activities.BTech degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.Strong organizational and schedule management skills.Proven ability to coordinate with vendor production teams.Familiarity with quality control procedures and inspections.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
