E-commerce Executive
Responsibilities : Online Store Management :Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store. Ensure product listings are accurate, attractive, and up-to-date. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams for restocking.
Marketing and Promotions :Develop and implement online marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales. Coordinate promotional campaigns, discounts, and product launches. Analyze data to optimize marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement.
Customer Service :Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Enhance the overall customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Analytics and Reporting :Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and sales performance. Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key performance metrics.
Collaboration :Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to achieve business goals. Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
E-commerce Trends and Technology :Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Recommend and implement improvements to the e-commerce platform.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations and online marketing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
