Liaises with the operation team to ensure that units scheduled for maintenance is delivered to the workshop . Maintains proper records of all documents i.e., Job cards, Process map, Maintenance manual , etc for future reference and for audits. Creation of SAP work orders for each type of maintenance . (Preventive , Corrective , and Breakdown maintenance ) Creation of SAP material reservation . Coordinate with seniors post completion of tasks assigned and provide updates to ensure timely updating of systems (Man-hours booking ) Plan the staff annual leaves records. Maintain the staff OT records. Maintain the staff sick leaves records. Prepare the operational reports as requested. Job requirements: Prior experience in administrative role in facilities management preferred. Advanced Knowledge in Excel is Mandatory. SAP or AX ERP experience is Mandatory.
