We provide financial SAAS solutions to our B2B-clients to make the payment processes smart and secure. The primary objective of this role is to increase revenue from new clients and average order value. The ideal candidate will drive inbound sales channels for our main division for the company with the main focus on Middle East and North Africa. What you’ll be doingHandle and process inbound inquiries from potential and existing clients;Identify and establish client needs, conduct commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and provide consultation on the purchase, characteristics, and usage of Fortis products and services;Sell and motivate clients to work with Fortis;Manage primary documentation including invoicing and payment tracking;Participate in marketing events and activities to promote and develop Fortis products and services, including gathering information on warm leads, identifying potential clients for beta testing new products, and optional participation in exhibitions.Who we're looking forExcellent knowledge of business English, Arabic proficiency will be an advantage;Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience in a related field (IT, banking, etc.), with a preference for experience in active sales and cold calling;Excellent sales skills, knowledge of the sales process, and ability to use key sales techniques;Demonstrated track record of achieving goals and delivering high results;Experience with CRM systems;Strong verbal and written communication skills;Proficient in PC usage.What we offer to our employeesFixed salary + high commission of the business plan;Income increase for several times in case of successful results of the business development;High-quality and sought-after product that is pleasant to develop;Best business cases and strategies for our partners;Boost of the sales development and negotiation setting skills;Experienced and friendly team;Regular weekly schedule from Monday to Friday, expected hours of work are from 10 AM to 7 PMConnecting merchants and their customersCustomers, sales, payments, goods, deliveries, employees, orders, discounts, marketing campaigns – everything that connects you to your customers – in one place.Our main priorities are inspired employees, successful partners and satisfied clients.
