The resource should have a minimum of 12 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure domain with at least 7 years’ experience in managing large IT Projects.
o Candidate should have experience in Virtualization technologies mainly in to VMware and HCI platforms like Dell VxRail, VCF ,SRM and vRA,Workspace ONE/Air watch MDM SDDC, and vRealize Suite including hands-on implementation of VCF deployments.
o Architecting and design enterprise level IT architectural solutions utilizing VMware’s core virtualization and Design, Build & Deliver core infrastructure solutions.
o Experience in Planning, conducting, and supporting ESXi version upgrades and migrations from legacy system to latest version.
o The resource should have worked in at least three projects of Vmware private cloud deployment and management.
o In-depth capability and understanding of Datacenter and Virtualization technologies and their application.
o Experience in analyzing Client infrastructure to ensure that the infrastructure is ready for the Datacenter and Virtualization.
o Proficient in working Experience storage (SAN/NAS) and SAN switches, LUN Provision, and reporting (DELL EMC Unity, Dell EMC Data Domain, HPE-3PAR,)
o Responsible for managing end to end infrastructure Technical project delivery
o Coordinate with NOC team and AP Support team for timely resolution of issues
o Ability to execute Infrastructure DR Drill for enterprise customers
o Ability to create technical design documents (HLD/LLD) and work with Project Managers and Technical managers in implementing project / BAU work
o Should have strong implementation experience infrastructure projects and backup solutions in Commvault
o Develop project document, update internal documentation and configuration items.
o Implement approved technology changes for clients following our standards and best practices.
o Keep the environment by updating the system on periodic basis.
o Proactive in resolving support request escalated from services delivery team.
o Ability to work independently and be an example to fellow team members.
o Willing to work on flexible schedule depending on business need
o VCF and Dell technical Architect certification is added advantage
o Having cross operating system knowledge and experience in both Linux and Windows is added advantage
