Purchasing Officer

Work in a vibrant and dynamic restaurant. We're looking for a dedicated Purchasing Specialist to join our team and help us maintain the high standards we're known for.

Responsibilities :

• Source and procure high-quality ingredients, supplies, and equipment at competitive prices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate favorable terms and contracts to maximize value for the restaurant.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock rotation to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure purchasing aligns with menu requirements and budgetary constraints.
• Stay informed about market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new products to inform purchasing decisions.
• Handle administrative tasks related to purchasing, including order processing, invoice reconciliation, and supplier communication.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, ideally in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure advantageous deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and procurement software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle for business purposes (car allowance provided).
• Self Intiative and eagrness to come back with best available deals.
