Estate Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and coordination of all Estate Management services across the University. The Estate Manager will lead and develop the site based Estate Management Team, of Engineers and Technicians, to achieve the contract deliverables for the service whilst ensuring that HSQE standards are maintained at all times.The Estate Manager will manage, administer and coordinate operations to ensure that all the operational delivery aspects of the property are delivered in an effective, efficient and professional manner to the client and the customers. This will include service delivery, finance and commercial, risk mitigation and achievement of contractual targets of quality, safety and service reliability.
To be considered for this role, you will have extensive experience in maintaining and delivering MEP services with a demonstrable knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and experience of managing and leading an estate management team.You will possess a good level of commercial acumen, including management of sub contractor staff, and be used to working to and exceeding Key Performance Indicator`s (KPI`s). Knowledge of and experience of working in a PPP/PFI environment would be advantageous.
